The Marsh Graduate Development Program (MGDP) is a 2-year rotational program open to a select group of highly-motivated university graduates. It is designed to support, develop, and challenge you in preparation for your career progression within Marsh.
In addition to the job rotations allowing for opportunities to learn on the job, you will also undergo a structured learning and development curriculum, have access to senior mentorship, networking opportunities, and formal performance management.
Upon successful completion of the program, associates are placed in roles that focus on continued career development and promote leadership potential. This program is targeted for client-facing job profiles.

Marsh Graduate Development Program Details
Marsh Graduate Development Program is a combination of virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training with an objective to enhance technical, client-advisory, and business skills of an individual. As part of the 24-month graduate program, colleagues will rotate through various development experiences to build your knowledge and skills, familiarize with resources, and develop the relationships needed to be effective in your roles, during and after the program.
Regular Performance Review and Feedback
At Marsh we believe performance management is not only a formal process but a regular conversation. Performance Review at Marsh will comprise of formal goal-setting, continuous feedback through regular check–ins, frequent coaching, and formal performance evaluation.
Graduate Associates will have access to senior mentors throughout the program. Mentoring will help you grow professionally and personally by learning from experienced colleagues, and will guide and support you through periods of intense learning and growth.
Graduates will get opportunities to network and collaborate with senior colleagues, clients, insurers, partners, and other industry peers.
